What is Culture of Care?

 

Culture of Care helps organizations build trauma-informed environments using Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®). This principles-based approach promotes trust, connection, and healing—from leadership to staff to the families they serve.

TBRI® FOR PROFESSIONALS

Our TBRI® Practitioner collaborates with organizational leaders to create a tailored service package designed to effectively implement TBRI® within a culture of care in child welfare agencies, schools, and other family service organizations.

Designed for professionals who want to build a foundational understanding of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). Through engaging, practical training, participants are introduced to the core principles of trauma-informed, attachment-based care and how these concepts apply across a variety of professional settings.

Designed for professionals who work directly with families and are seeking practical, relationship-centered tools through Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). This training moves beyond foundational knowledge to focus on applying TBRI® principles in family-centered settings.
