Trust-Centered Schools Training Cohort
This 15-hour cohort-based training series equips educators and school leaders with practical, trust-centered strategies to create classrooms where students feel safe, connected, regulated, and ready to learn. Participants progress together through three sequential 5-hour workshops, with each session building on the previous one to deepen their understanding of neuroscience, attachment, regulation, and relationship-based approaches to responding to behavior.

When Trauma Begins Before Birth: Understanding Prenatal and Intergenerational Trauma Through a Perinatal & Infant Mental Health Lens explores how prenatal stress, perinatal experiences, and intergenerational patterns can shape caregiver well-being, infant development, and the early parent-infant relationship. Clinicians will examine how trauma may be expressed across generations and consider the impacts of using a relationship-based approach to supporting families. The training emphasizes the caregiving relationship as a powerful source of protection, resilience, and repair during pregnancy and infancy, with a focus on practical dyadic interventions clinicians can incorporate into practice.
