Brianna Kaldenbach

Brianna Kaldenbach is a dedicated child welfare advocate and experienced leader with a deep commitment to strengthening foster and adoptive families across South Carolina. With both professional and lived experience with the child welfare system, she brings a uniquely informed and compassionate perspective to Flourish Families. 

Brianna previously served as a Foster Parent Liaison with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, where she supported foster families, enhanced communication between caregivers and the agency, and worked to improve outcomes for children in care.

In addition to Brianna’s professional experience, her family was a licensed foster home for nearly a decade and she is also an adoptive parent. Having personally utilized services through Flourish Families South Carolina, she understands firsthand the transformative impact of accessible, trauma-informed, and family-centered support. This lived experience fuels her commitment to ensuring every foster and adoptive family has the resources needed to thrive.

Brianna and her family reside in the Lowcountry and enjoy spending time outdoors whenever possible.
