Become an Exhibitor

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at Meet the Need 2026! We expect exhibitor spots to sell out quickly, so be sure to complete the form before spaces are filled. Exhibitor space is limited.​​

The investment for both days of the event is $225.

Early bird pricing of $175 available until July 1st. First come first serve.

Exhibitor option includes:

  • One 6ft table with black linen 

  • Two exhibitor members at the table

  • One exhibitor member may attend event sessions 

  • Breakfast and lunch both days

  • Parking will not be included - parking is $10 at hotel parking garage for the day

*Exhibitors are selected based on alignment with the mission of Meet the Need: equipping adoptive families with trauma-informed tools while strengthening the network of professionals and organizations who support them, rooted in the principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®).*
